To close my account ... I called TD bank this afternoon to check on my line of credit account. Felicia heard my question and asked me to wait "just a few minutes" before giving me the answer. she never came back to the phone and the call was disconnected after *** minutes.*I am thinking that probably she did not have the answer, but you should check it. I am sure you would ate to learn that she operates that way.
Put me on hold never came back to the phone.
GetHuman-jldeguin did not yet indicate what TD Bank should do to make this right.
