The issue in GetHuman-jtshelma's own words
I have the latest T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway and need ports UDP ports ****-**** and *****-**** forwarded so the *-VOIP router that they supplied will work when front-ended to the T-Mobile router. I am using this for my local landline phone.** i would also like to know why the secondary cell connection on the gateway is connected sometime and not at other times. It's like they are turning the cell signal on and off.

GetHuman-jtshelma did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
