You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

get another revvly not upgrade ... I'm being charged with an upgrade when in fact I'm getting the same phone And why can't I get the revvly phone in town and not wait over a week to get it via t-mobile I can pick up from another store close by. I have no phone to which you can contact me so the web is the only way

I was with sprint ** plus years,and my last payment was by debt card (american exspress) they would tell me the card is no good .i found out later sprint does not take american exspress.Sprint ripped me off manty times and i've had it with them.Metro pcs was terrible to for many years. I pay my bills
