When I make my payment for prepaid service of ** dollars, usually **.* dollars are transacted from my bank. However, recently there was one payment that only showed ** dollars being transacted. When I called the customer service after waiting * hours, they told me that they could not find the payment of ** dollars. My assumption is that you guys only detect the full $** payment because if $** was only transacted exactly from my account, it would mean about $** was sent to tmobile and the rest to the government for tax. My bank account has confirmed more numbers of transaction made towards Tmobile than what Tmobile phone customer serivce has confirmed. I would like clarification on that. **Also, I have made two payments in consecutive days however I only see the LTE signal and there is no internet connection nor no one can call me. Am I really paying $** twice for such poor service for days?
