I purchased a new Samsung S* and added three lines understanding I would receive a new TV. When I went to the store and asked what I needed to do to arrange delivery they said I needed to buy another qualifying phone and add a fourth line. I am a disabled Vet with one good leg and it took a great deal of effort to get someone to take me to the store. This is so unfair. I did everything you asked to get the TV and I really need it.
GetHuman-coop_esq did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
