I ported my number ***.***.**** at **** on ******** from T-mobile to AT&T because of coverage. However my devise was locked keeping me from making or receiving calls and texts. Through my son's girl friend in a different State I was able to proxy a call to T-mobile. I was told that one of the service engineers failed to allow me and my son to unlock the smart phone devices. I was told that it would take several days to have the issue resolved. I live alone, I'm in a remote area as a senior citizen unable to call or text *** or any other emergent services. We need this fixed as a safety issue.
