was sent instructions on how to factory reset phone but instructions didn't include settings or what choices to be made once reset done to restart it and be able to use it . Asking if I want to copy my data or start phone as new . Said to unselect the automatic restore button after hitting backup and restore but not to enter gmail to ensure apps are not automatically downloaded Have acer computer but would rather someone call me back at ***-***-****
