I want to know why I'm being charged ***$ on my most recent phone bill when I am in Afghanistan deployed and not even using a tmobile sim card right now. I spoke with some a month and a half ago and informed them of my situation. At this time I can only make calls or texts using WhatsApp. I would like to solve this issue immediately.
