I purchased a galaxy *s, it was faulty from the moment I put the sim card in * months ago. Last night I called T-Mobile ( to make an exchange. Or upgrade, they put in an order, but rep had to get approval to wave the shipping fee, the rep called me back at *:** in the morning, due to the time difference...She said that I would get a confirmation call at ** in the morning. No one called, so I followed up with T-Mobile, but this time ( America).please help...
