Hello***I purchased a UE Boom from your store in West Covina in Los Angeles California about two months ago, and then I noticed it is not charging anymore, come to find out the charges is burned, I contacted your store where I purchased the speaker from and to my surprise they asked me to mail it the UE Boom factory, I am sorry but I did not buy it from the factory I purchased it from your store and I would like you to take care of it please. Thank you
