I switched from postpaid to prepaid. I cannot set up an online account because my email address is still attached to my old postpaid tmobile id. I need my old postpaid email address accout deleted so I can use the same email address to start a new prepaid online account.
GetHuman-coreybpo did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
