Hi we just started our Tmobile account and I was told our new iPad would be connected and it is not Set up right. It has no wireless service.*We were also not able to get our third line service up because the phone we have does not have a place for a sim card. I can get a phone to get that line taken care of but I have not been able to register my phone number with the tmobile ID Due to the fact there is a digit missing from the area code* Please let me know if you can help.
