I am a new customer this past week. I work for The United States of America Department of Veteran Affairs. I have an official government ID badge. I was told over the phone when getting coverage that this would be ok and is carried over for the military discount. When setting up everything online they asked me to select a branch of military and I was not a soldier. Anything can be done ? What should I do next?
