GetHuman-patsyhab did not yet indicate what Sunpass should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-patsyhab fixed the problem
I was able to talk to someone, however the connection was extremely static and I could hardly hear her. Also she asked me many questions about my credit card which you already have, which made me wonder if this was a person from Sunpass, see said she was. I hope it was but I will be watching my credit card to make sure no other charges come on it. All I needed was to update the date my card was updated. You really need to get the connection fixed and not so static.
