I was trying to exit the tollway and got into the wrong lane. ... I'm from out of state. I accidentally went through a SunPass lane without owning a SunPass. I owe you money for that toll. I've called five times and can't find an option to discuss this, nor am I able to speak to a representative. I want to resolve this problem. I'm too pretty to go to jail. Please tell me how to pay this toll.
This was especially frustrating because I've called the Customer Service line five times and there is no option to speak to a human being. I can't have MY machine call YOUR machine because I don't HAVE a "machine".
They could make this right by giving me a method to pay the **** toll like I want to.
I'm new and I expected some way to answer my question. I cannot the be first person to have blown through a toll booth accidentally.
I've sent one email already and I've called five times.
