I attended a Phish concert at Oak Mountain Amphitheater last night. The website experienced errors during ticket purchase. After a page reload issue, I resubmitted payment with a different email. The tickets to this new email went through after contacting customer service for the barcodes. Later, I discovered my initial email also showed a successful transaction. When I called StubHub at the event, I experienced long hold times and unhelpful service. The representative tried but failed to load my information before abruptly hanging up. I am frustrated by this technical glitch resulting in double ticket purchase and unsatisfactory customer service. I hope to connect with a more supportive representative in the future.

Good morning, I would like to address the issue regarding my order [redacted]72 for the Turandot performance on August 28, [redacted] at the Arena di Verona. Despite purchasing two tickets for the 5th sector, numbered row 1, seats 11 and 12, I have received the following tickets: 6th sector bleachers, left row 9, seat [redacted] (INCORRECT SECTOR) 5th sector bleachers, row 11, seat [redacted] I expect both tickets to be in the 5th sector as originally paid for, preferably with seats next to each other to accommodate my vaccinated family and to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines suggesting families sit together. I purchased tickets on Friday night through StubHub, and they charged my husband's PayPal account. However, I have over $[redacted] in credit with StubHub from a concert that was canceled last year. I intended to use this credit on the StubHub account. I contacted customer service on Friday and waited three hours to speak to a representative. Eventually, they mentioned they would refund the money to my husband's PayPal account and apply the StubHub credit. Unfortunately, no action has been taken. I am currently on hold with customer service for over three hours. How can I ensure this issue is resolved promptly?

I need urgent assistance with listing my tickets for sale. I've been on hold for over two hours on three separate calls, including being currently on hold for an hour now. I originally created an account with the email [redacted] to list the tickets but can't log back in as it says my password is incorrect. I've requested a password reset email but haven't received anything after two days. Consequently, I made another account with the email [redacted]; however, I'm unable to list the tickets due to them being already listed. Unfortunately, I can't access or view them as available. I bought tickets on the day of the concert expecting instant download access via email. Even though it said it could take up to an hour, I still didn't receive my tickets. I only got a confirmation email, which was not enough for entry. I missed the concert, and it's been a week without receiving the tickets. I'm frustrated and want a refund. I couldn't call to resolve the issue on the event day because the wait time was so long, and the event passed while I was on hold. I'm busy with work and can't spend hours waiting on the phone. I hope this can be resolved promptly. If not, I'll avoid using stubhub again and warn others too. The resale verification promise got me once, but I won't be fooled again.

I am facing a significant issue and need assistance. Recently, I waited on hold for 2 hours on the phone but accidentally disconnected, unable to reconnect for another lengthy wait. I have concert tickets, but due to a date change, I can no longer attend. Unfortunately, I have been unable to sign in to my account. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I have not received the password reset email. I have checked all folders, including spam. I successfully reset the password for an alternate email account, but the tickets are not associated with it. I encountered issues trying to sell my Cubs tickets. The website prompted me for barcodes, but since I had mobile tickets, I couldn't provide them. Despite explaining this through support chat and enduring a lengthy wait on the phone, I struggled to find a resolution. With inadequate guidance on handling mobile tickets and after relisting them, the tickets sold again without a barcode requirement, leading me to believe the sale was successful. However, I received an email later, stating that I was charged $[redacted] for a $[redacted] sale due to the inability to deliver the tickets. The confusing process and unexpected fees totaling $[redacted] left me feeling deceived and unfairly penalized. I am adamant about receiving a refund for these "punishment" charges.

I accidentally marked my listing as "No Longer Have Tickets" due to a postponed event. I attempted to contact StubHub multiple times to correct this and inform them that I still possess the tickets for the rescheduled event. However, I was unable to speak with a representative. As a result, I was erroneously charged $[redacted] twice for the canceled sales that I promptly tried to address. Now, I find myself $[redacted] out of pocket for other buyers' tickets, and I still need to sell my two tickets. It is frustrating not to have an option to revert the status of my listing online and to encounter such difficulty in contacting StubHub. I kindly request a refund for both $[redacted] charges. Hello, I am Chad C., and my email address linked to my account is [redacted] On July 21st, I purchased two tickets for AEW ALL OUT event on September 5, [redacted], and received a receipt for the transaction. I was supposed to receive the mobile transfer of the tickets by August 2nd. However, on July 24th at 9:21 AM EST, I received an email from Ticketmaster titled 'Rachel sent you ticket(s) for AEW Presents 'ALL OUT''. Later that day, at 5:07 PM EST, I received another email from Ticketmaster stating 'Rachel has canceled the ticket transfer for AEW Presents 'ALL OUT''. Since then, I have not received any further communication from Ticketmaster, and my StubHub account still indicates that my order is ready for me to accept the tickets. As I have not received the tickets, I would like to request a refund for my order.

Hello, I wanted to share an experience we had recently. We bought 3 tickets for the Atlanta United vs. Columbus match on Saturday, July 24th, [redacted]. Although we got an email confirming our payment, we faced an issue when trying to download the tickets at the stadium. It seemed like they were not "accepted". After seeking assistance at the ticket office, we were told that this is a common problem for StubHub customers. Sadly, they couldn't do much to help because StubHub is a third-party seller. They even attempted to locate the seats we purchased or match the tickets to our name, but since they were not accepted, the seats were not under our name. Hence, we missed the game and lost $[redacted] on the tickets. We are hoping to receive a refund for these tickets.

I purchased parking passes for the Jets vs Eagles game on December 5th, but I received passes for August 27th instead. Even though the email from StubHub confirmed the December 5th date, the seller sent the wrong passes. I am disappointed by this error and believe the seller should face consequences for providing incorrect products. I bought tickets for Riot Fest Chicago, and I got an order number from Eventbrite after downloading the tickets. However, Riot Fest website mentions that Eventbrite will send a QR code closer to the event for entry, which the ticket seller will receive. I'm unsure how to access the event without this information. Additionally, I noticed that the tickets display the original seller's name, not mine and my guest's. Will this cause any issues?

Hello, I listed a ticket for the Chris Stapleton concert on Sat, Aug 7 at DTE in Michigan with Order [redacted]45 for sale. Unfortunately, we couldn't go due to illness in our group, but it wasn't Covid-related so I couldn't use the covid guarantee for a refund. I ended up giving away the remaining ticket. I wasn't notified by StubHub when it sold, and when I tried to remove it yesterday after my long shift as a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care, I found out it had sold the day before. I tried calling customer service last night and today but couldn't get through due to long wait times. I'm confused about why I was charged $70. Shouldn't the buyer get their money back or another ticket? I'm not sure why I'm being charged. I've only bought, not sold on StubHub before. I would appreciate speaking to a person or resolving this issue. As a frontline healthcare worker, I'm exhausted, and the situation has been frustrating. Please help me get a refund of the $70.
