Good afternoon, I'm Adam Lawlor. I bought 2 tickets on February 18, [redacted], for the Chris Stapleton concert in Charlotte, NC, initially scheduled for August [redacted] but postponed to August 12, [redacted], due to COVID. I made the purchase through an email address that is no longer active. I've tried setting up a new account with my current email but can't find the tickets. I've been unable to reach anyone by phone after waiting for 3.5 hours. I have proof of purchase and can provide my credit card details. Can you please help me reset and locate my tickets? Thanks.

I bought tickets from StubHub for both the Aerosmith and New Kids On The Block concerts last year. Unfortunately, both shows were postponed due to Covid. The New Kids On The Block concert was rescheduled for last Friday, August 6. When my wife and I got to Fenway Park for the concert, we were informed that our tickets were no longer valid because the original owner had requested a refund. I had purchased these tickets well in advance of the postponement and held physical tickets in my possession. We had to buy new tickets at the venue to attend. I am requesting a full refund for both the New Kids On The Block and Aerosmith tickets as I'm concerned the same issue might occur with the Aerosmith concert. The reference code for the New Kids tickets is YKZ28K and for Aerosmith tickets is T610JV. I've been attempting to call for the past two days but have been on hold for over 3 hours each time. Hello, my name is Monique Webb, and I have encountered an issue with a ticket purchase on StubHub. On July 17th, I tried to buy 2 tickets for a Suns game using Affirm on the website. Despite getting approved for the loan, when I went to purchase the tickets, they were already sold out. After speaking with a representative, I was told to buy new tickets with a credit card. I ended up having my daughter purchase the tickets with her credit card due to the situation. However, Affirm is still claiming I owe them for the original purchase that didn't go through. I have been in contact with both StubHub and Affirm, but they are unable to resolve the issue between them. I need an email confirming that no other transactions besides the one my daughter made exist on my account. Your prompt assistance in providing this confirmation email would be greatly appreciated to help resolve this matter swiftly.

Hello StubHub, I have been dealing with technical glitches all week while trying to address this issue. Unfortunately, my husband's hospitalization due to Covid prevented us from attending the event. When I couldn't reach you, I sold the tickets on StubHub for $[redacted] to avoid losing $[redacted]. After that, you contacted me and offered a full credit. I requested the ticket sale to be canceled, but I was informed it couldn't be reversed. I have already sent the tickets to the buyer. I am expecting the remaining $[redacted] to be credited to my account promptly today. Your week-long technical problems shouldn't result in such a financial loss. I am contacting you regarding order number [redacted]15. I purchased tickets and a parking pass for the Jet/Giant preseason game on August 14th. Unfortunately, I never received the parking pass. This caused a significant inconvenience, and I am requesting a refund for it. Moreover, I attempted to call multiple times, enduring hold times of over 2 hours. During one conversation that did connect, the representative tried to assist and then unexpectedly put me on hold. I requested a callback if we were disconnected, but this did not happen after we got disconnected. Furthermore, at the game, the StubHub tickets did not load, leading me to seek help from a representative to print them out. The order number for these tickets is [redacted]78. I received emails from StubHub notifying me that multiple tickets were sold, but I have not received the corresponding payments in my bank account. Despite attempting to contact customer service without success, I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly as I have additional tickets to sell and require the funds to be deposited as expected. I bought my tickets on April 9, [redacted], and verified the purchase on StubHub. However, when contacting axs.com, they couldn't find my account, even though they should be the ones emailing me the tickets for acceptance. I am frustrated because I can't transfer the tickets to a friend since axs claims there is no account. I've spent all day contacting StubHub for clarification but haven't been successful. The fact that I never received an email from axs is disappointing. I need to locate my tickets to proceed with the transfer, but axs doesn't have the necessary information. Hi, I recently bought tickets for the San Francisco Forty Niners vs KC Chiefs game on Saturday, August 14th but encountered issues trying to transfer them to another StubHub account. Despite multiple attempts, I received errors and couldn't successfully transfer them. When I tried to use the tickets at the game, the barcode wouldn't display on my phone, preventing me from entering. Interestingly, I could see the barcode for other games I had purchased. I've tried contacting StubHub numerous times, being on hold for over 3 hours without reaching anyone. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service from StubHub, resulting in me losing a significant amount of money. Hello Stubhub, I am reaching out regarding an issue with the mobile tickets I purchased for Saturday's Jets and Giants game at Metlife Stadium. I would like to know the process for obtaining a full refund for my ticket purchases. I have read about customers receiving refunds for events purchased before March 25, [redacted], and since my tickets were bought before this date, I believe I should also receive a refund. Many customers, including myself, feel that refunds are justified as the cancellation was out of our control and after enduring multiple delays. I received an email from StubHub on August 14, [redacted], regarding order #[redacted]12. Unfortunately, I couldn't open the email to access my tickets for the Red Sox game on August 15, [redacted], against the Baltimore Orioles. When attempting to "View Tickets," the link prompted me for my username and password, which my password was not accepted. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password by providing my email address, I didn't receive any reset emails. I also forwarded the StubHub email to my wife, but she encountered the same issue accessing the tickets. I have tried contacting StubHub's customer service at 1-[redacted] daily since August 14, [redacted], holding for over four hours each time without any assistance. I also reached out to StubHub via Facebook with multiple posts detailing my ticket access problem, but I received no response. My wife and I were eagerly anticipating the ballgame, and we are disappointed with this experience. I have been a loyal StubHub customer for years and never faced such issues previously. On August 17th, around midnight, I listed my two season Yankee tickets for the August 18th game against the Red Sox. The seats are in Section 114B, Seats 11 and 12. When I checked on the morning of the 18th, the tickets were still pending. I tried to cancel the listing to re-list them, but they disappeared. Even after contacting a Yankee sales rep an hour before the game, the issue was not resolved. According to the rep, the problem lies on Stubhub's side. The prime front-row tickets could have been sold easily for $[redacted] each. I trust Stubhub will rectify this and prevent such issues in the future.

I am Charles Evans. I bought 4 tickets for the Georgia State vs North Carolina football game on September 11th, [redacted], on August 3rd, under Order # [redacted]18. I got an email confirming my purchase and receipt. Subsequently, another email arrived saying my tickets were ready for download. However, when I tried to access them through the app, the tickets were not there. I called customer service on August 4th and, after a 3-hour wait, I spoke to a representative who said they would locate my tickets (barcodes) and resend them. Later, I was informed that they were unsure of the issue and that my tickets should appear in the app within 2 weeks. As of now, this hasn't occurred. Today, I have tried calling customer service multiple times, but I keep getting a message telling me the wait could be over 3 hours. I have always received my tickets promptly from other online providers and never had such an issue. I urgently need assistance with this problem as I have paid for the tickets, been charged, yet still do not have them. If this matter can't be resolved, please refund my money so I can buy tickets from another source while they are still available.

Upon trying to transfer the tickets, I informed the buyer about a refund due to COVID but offered better seats to compensate. I've been trying endlessly to get help with my order number [redacted]80. Phone calls have been unsuccessful, the Stub Hub Help Center has been a disaster. I've requested an Access Code five times with no response. The website doesn't load properly for My Ticket or My Account. Contacting you is a nightmare - no phone support, no response emails, and no visible email address for customer service. I ordered tickets 15 months ago for a cancelled event and have requested a refund multiple times. Instead of a cash refund, I've only been offered tickets at [redacted]% of the order value, a far cry from the original money-back guarantee. Looking online, I've seen numerous lawsuits and class actions against your company on similar issues. I demand a refund promptly or I will take legal action. This situation has left me unable to afford a birthday present for my granddaughter, for whom I initially bought these tickets. The lack of customer care from Stub Hub is appalling.
