I am inquiring about a refund for fraudulent charges. I received an email from StubHub stating that they have processed a full refund back to the payment method used for the fraudulent transaction. They mentioned that it might take up to 5 business days for the funds to show in my account. StubHub advised me to contact my bank and cancel the card for security reasons. They also mentioned the option to file a police report and provided a link for law enforcement inquiries. I am seeking clarification on the current status of the refund.

I recently purchased Carrie Underwood concert tickets from your website, StubHub. Being new to the platform, I didn't receive a confirmation number for the purchase. After checking my bank account, I saw that $[redacted].00 was deducted for the tickets. I contacted customer service, waited for three hours, and spoke with a professional representative who couldn't find proof of my ticket purchase. I'm worried since the payment went through, but I have no confirmation or emails from StubHub. I'm reaching out to ensure my payment is received and to get a confirmation number and itinerary for the tickets. My contact details are [redacted] and [redacted]. I'm located in Lancaster, PA. Can you please validate the itinerary for me? I paid $[redacted].00 and selected center stage seats.

I am experiencing significant issues with my StubHub listing. I bought 5 tickets for the Garth Brooks concert, rescheduled multiple times due to Covid. Two tickets were sold but the entire listing was marked expired incorrectly. I am unable to reach anyone at StubHub despite multiple attempts. The website shows my tickets as listed but not for sale. Even after selling 2 tickets, my listing wrongly shows I still have all 5 tickets. The chronological order is as follows:
- Purchased 5 tickets on 12/26/[redacted] for the Garth Brooks concert in Charlotte, NC on May 2, [redacted].
- Listed tickets on StubHub in Nov [redacted].
- Sold 2 tickets to Joseph Finch. OrderID #[redacted]88 on Jan 31, [redacted].
- Received confusing emails about the rescheduled concert.
- Attempted to relist remaining tickets with no success.
- Current issue: Unable to list 3 remaining tickets and correct the error.
I hope for assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
Wanda Hughes

Hello,
I purchased two NBA tickets (order #[redacted]10) last year for a game scheduled for March 30th, [redacted]. Due to the ongoing covid pandemic, the event was canceled, and I, being a traveler and not a permanent resident of Canada, am uncertain of when I will return. Thus, I opted for a refund.
Despite a customer service representative confirming over the phone that I would receive the refund since I am outside of Canada, I have been unsuccessful in reaching StubHub for further assistance. I am eager to receive my refund, whether it be through cash or credit card, as I have waited patiently for this resolution.
Thank you for your assistance.

I am writing to request a refund for my tickets to the Clippers vs Suns game on Wednesday, June 30th. I purchased the tickets through StubHub. The seller contacted me via email, initially to ask about canceling a payment or offering a refund. Later, he mentioned meeting at the game to provide the tickets, but as most tickets are digital, this wouldn't work for me. I asked for a refund, but have not yet received a response. I am seeking a full refund as it seems I won't be receiving the tickets. I have attached screenshots of our email conversation for reference. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I tried to list tickets on StubHub for sale, but I noticed that the information about Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is incorrect. The features available for sellers to describe what comes with their tickets are wrong. Allegiant Stadium does not have features like Home Bullpen, Home Dugout, Visitor Bullpen, Visitor Dugout, Tunnel Club Access, Field MVP seating, Champions Suite, Commissioner’s Box, Founder’s Club seats, Purple garage parking, or Oversized parking as listed. I believe this information might be from the Oakland Coliseum, where baseball is played, not Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas where no baseball games take place. I brought this issue up months ago, but it still hasn't been resolved.

On June 2, [redacted], I bought 8 tickets to Bruno Mars' concert at MGM Las Vegas for Saturday, July 10th. Upon closer inspection, I realized the tickets I received were for the previous weekend's show on July 3rd. We are heading to Las Vegas tomorrow, so I had to buy new tickets for the correct date and have them sent to our hotel. I am curious if the ticket protection I purchased will cover this situation and how I can get reimbursed for the $6,[redacted] spent on the mistakenly dated tickets. Please reach out to me with any necessary information. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought tickets yesterday for the Andre Rieu concert in Las Vegas on March 18, [redacted], with Order Number [redacted]06. After downloading the StubHub app to check my tickets, I was prompted to enter an Access Code to view them. Supposedly, this code should be in the Thank You email from StubHub, but I couldn't locate it.
Since the event is still far off, I wonder if the Access Code will be provided closer to the date. Can you confirm if I need to show this code at the box office for entry? I prefer having a physical copy, so I hope to have something printed. I'm a bit confused about the process and would appreciate clarification. Despite StubHub offering a lot of information, I haven't found a solution to my specific problem. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased 6 tickets for the Pittsburgh vs. Clemson football game in October as a guest. After encountering a screen issue and reordering using my Stubhub account, I received a message that someone else had bought the tickets. Although my bank confirmed the transaction, I haven't received a confirmation from Stubhub. There are no charges on my credit card now, and the tickets seem unavailable. I have three questions: 1. Were the tickets sold to me as a guest customer? 2. Are the tickets reserved for me or were they actually bought by someone? 3. How can I resolve this to acquire only one set of 6 tickets for the game? Thank you.

I purchased tickets for the Indians game tonight multiple times, but they were cancelled due to account issues. I attempted to create a new account and buy the same tickets using a different credit card. The transaction went through, but I see duplicate charges on my statement. Additionally, I received an email notifying me that tickets were available and to log into my StubHub account, but I am unable to access it. This event is for my son and his friends, and it's only a few hours away, so I really need assistance to understand what is happening.

I was informed that a refund was issued for my Billie Eilish ticket (since the concert was canceled). They did not disclose the bank to which the refund was sent. I didn't have a bank account previously, so I used a family member's account, but none of them have received the refund. After inquiring for more details, my calls were blocked, and emails are now unanswered. I am eager to find out the account to which the refund was sent to retrieve my money. Order number [redacted]02.

Hello, I've been a loyal attendee of the Bottlerock Festival for many years. I believe I purchased tickets for this year's event, which I was really looking forward to as a birthday present for myself after a tough couple of years. Dealing with the loss of my partner, taking care of my mother until she passed, and losing my sister recently has been incredibly challenging. Due to my hip issues, I have medical appointments lined up which coincide with the festival dates. I'm disappointed as I was excited to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers, my favorite band. I had also bought tickets to see Tool, but I haven't received any information about their performance or ticket delivery. I have a deep love for music and have been involved in the industry for many years. It's been tough, and I really wish I could attend the festival, but my health is a priority right now. It would be a shame if my tickets went to waste. I live in Mendocino and don't have many friends who share my music taste. Time is passing quickly, and I just want to find a way to make the best of the situation. Thank you, Cynthia Kent.

I have not received my ticket yet for the upcoming event, although the bands were shipped weeks ago. The delivery date is in two days, right before I leave. I am unable to receive the tickets where I am staying, so I need the seller to expedite the shipping immediately. If they live over 2 hours away from me, UPS won't deliver on time. I can pay for expedited shipping or get a replacement ticket. The long wait times on the phone are a concern, as I might miss the event and lose money. The poor cellular service at the venue adds to the stress. I need assistance promptly.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding the Rolling Loud festival ticket I purchased a few months ago. Today, the UPS tracker indicates that the ticket shipment is being returned to the sender. I have verified that the delivery address is accurate. Given the proximity to the event, this situation is concerning, considering how far in advance I bought the tickets. The timing is so tight that it would be impossible for me to resell the tickets without possessing them physically.
Contacting customer service presents a challenge as the wait time exceeds three hours. With the event just two days away, this is an urgent matter. I am seeking either a full refund or a credit to StubHub for the total amount paid, taxes, and fees included.
Sincerely,
A.

I bought Rolling Loud tickets in March. I haven't received them yet. The delivery was supposed to be on July 18, but I didn't get them. I waited until Monday, but still no tickets. My tickets were "upgraded" to general admission plus, even though there were cheaper tickets available now. The issue is the app says delivery by today, while the automated message says tomorrow when I call. I will be in Miami by 9am tomorrow, so even if the ticket arrives, I won't be able to get it. I'm frustrated because I still don't have my ticket, and I need a solution for this.

Hello, I recently sent an email regarding my order number [redacted]42 for two tickets to the Thomas Rhett concert. I have received all my tickets except the ones I purchased from StubHub almost two years ago. The website mentions I won't receive them until August 28th, which is after the concert. When I try to accept the tickets via email, a new browser window opens with a "[redacted] BAD GATEWAY" message, making it impossible to access them. I'm getting worried about this situation. Can you assist in providing the tickets or changing the transfer method so I can receive them on time? Thank you for your help. Melanie M.

I am having trouble receiving a password reset email for my account. I have attempted to use a different email address, checked various folders, and tried different browsers with no success. I urgently need access to reset my password to retrieve my tickets. I have been waiting on hold for customer service for over 90 minutes now.
I am unable to receive the password reset emails for both of my accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] Despite checking spam folders, using different emails and browsers, I have not been able to resolve this issue. I would appreciate prompt assistance or a digital copy of my tickets from order number #[redacted]15.
Thank you.

Hello StubHub team,
I entrusted tickets for order # [redacted]54 at the UPS store last Wednesday, but the tracking has not been updated. The UPS store recommended reaching out to UPS, who in turn suggested contacting StubHub as the shipping label account owner. I am concerned that any mishandling by the UPS Store could lead to the buyer not receiving the ticket, me not receiving payment, and facing penalties beyond my control. I've been on hold for several hours, understanding the high volume of customers waiting. Could you initiate a trace or claim on the package? What steps should be taken next? As a seller, this has been a disappointing experience, feeling unprotected from UPS mishaps. Is there a protocol for such situations?
The event is scheduled for July 31-August 1.
Thank you.

I traveled to Boston from California for vacation from 7/22 to 7/28. I bought 4 Toronto Blue Jays at Boston Red Sox tickets for the 7/27/21 Tuesday 7:15pm game in the right field box 92, row FF, seats 10-13 with order #[redacted]80. Due to a severe thunderstorm delaying the game for 1.5 hours, it was postponed to the next day, 7/28/21, at 2:10 pm. Unfortunately, my return flight was at 3:07 pm on the same day (Delta #[redacted] BOS-MSP/Delta#[redacted] MSP-SFO), so I couldn't attend.
I tried contacting Customer Service upon arriving at my hotel at 9:30 pm on 7/27, and again the next morning, but was kept on hold for over two hours both times. Despite attempting to sell the tickets with six hours before the rescheduled game, I couldn't find buyers. Stubhub, known for its great service, has let me down this time. I am hopeful that they will help with my situation and refund the $[redacted].56 I spent on the tickets after deducting their fees.
