Hello,**My name is Matthew Friend. Last night, I purchased * ticket to the Childish Gambino Concert with Rae Sremmurd at Madison Square Garden. This was my first time using Stubhub.**After purchasing my ticket, I did not see any confirmation of my purchase. No email or receipt. On the site, there was a message prior to purchasing that promised an immediate download of the ticket, this did not happen, spurring my confusion and worry that the purchase did not happen and I would miss the event with my friends. So, I went ahead and bought what I thought was the same ticket. Instead, I woke up this morning to find two purchases:**One ticket for tonight’s show on September ***One ticket for tomorrow’s show on September ****I then noticed that a confirmation of the first ticket was sent at *:**am! **I intend on using my ticket for Saturday's show, but mistakenly purchased a *nd ticket for tonight (Friday). **I spoke with two Stubhub employees on the phone today. The second agreed to waive the Stubhub fee and put my ticket online to be resold. After I filled in my bank information, the ticket was put online. I only received $***.**, despite the employee who promised to return the $**.** fee for my ticket. In addition, the employee told me that my ticket would be listed for it’s original price, of $***.**, but the ticket was not sold for this amount.**I am disappointed that this happened in the first place, and hope to have my money returned. **Best,**Matthew
