You cannot call Square Customer service without a Code that you can not get if account is closed.

I cannot issue a refund to a credit card because my account is closed. i thought Square would automatically return the money to the credit card holder if the account was closed. You are still holding the money in my closed account and I cannot access it. Square must either refund the money to the card holder or reactivate my account so I can return the reserve.

There is now way to call them as a former customer.

My card issuer has opened a fraud case because they feel as if Square is making it impossible for me to have the balance in my account returned to the card holder.
