The issue in GetHuman-breerrus's own words
I have a Galaxy S*. Usually it works fine. I plugged it in before I went to bed, and this morning it won't wake up. The blue message light is blinking, but the screen stays black no matter what I do.
Tell me if I can do something that will fix this, or if I have to take it in to a store.
I've pushed every button, and even tried restarting by touching where the Restart icons usually are on my screen. Didn't restart.
I have an issue with Sprint too

A guy at the store "rebooted" my phone by pressing the down volume button and power button at the same time.
