There seems to be a significant issue with the username coding system in place. I admit, I am not familiar with coding procedures, but implementing a feature to modify usernames should not be overly complicated. Concerns about potential impersonation of popular artists could be addressed by verifying the identities of top artists on the platform. Any fraudulent accounts could have their names marked as invalid until rectified. Additionally, having my name displayed as a string of random characters is not ideal for showcasing my music. Since March [redacted], there has been an ongoing issue with my account. I have been unable to log in as my username was not functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to reconnect, I continue to face access issues. Additionally, I have been unsuccessful in canceling my premium account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The invoice number related to this matter is POD86CCBD2 located in Stockholm, Sweden.

I've been charged from September 30 to December 02 for a premium Spotify account which I never requested and don't have. Despite still encountering advertisements on my account, I contacted Spotify earlier this month and provided them with all the necessary information, including the last digits of my Visa debit card [redacted]. However, I am still being charged. My name is Uriel Ayala, and my email is [redacted] The charges on my statement appear as "Spotify PO 9.99" in Canada. They requested the exact dates of September 30th, October 30th, and December 02nd regarding the charges. They also asked for a merchant number, which I don't have. The first 6 and last 4 digits of my card are [redacted]. I find it concerning that they have this new card number I only received on October 25, [redacted], as the old card on file was cancelled. How did this happen?

I recently upgraded to Spotify Premium and was charged for the first month on November 1, [redacted]. I signed up for the promotion offering a free Google Mini along with the upgrade. Although I got an email saying the mini was ready, I have not received it yet or received any further updates. I'm really enjoying my Spotify experience, but I am looking forward to using it with the mini from the promotion. I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue. I believed I had successfully canceled my free trial, but was taken aback to find a charge on my account. Shortly before the trial was set to end, I verified that my Spotify account had reverted to the free version rather than remaining premium. To my dismay, a charge was still processed. The situation was compounded by having inadvertently set up two accounts due to the Facebook login feature, despite using the same email address for Facebook. I am seeking a refund for the charge and expedited cancellation of the premium subscription.

I have been unsuccessful in removing my credit/debit card from my foster son's Spotify account despite multiple attempts. Contacting via email is my last resort since there is no provided phone number. His name is Brendan M. and mine is Patricia P. The ongoing charges on my card have been unauthorized for 2 years. The bank is unable to prevent the charges, and replacing my card involves complications with multiple EBTs. I demand the immediate removal of my debit card from the account with ending digits [redacted], where the name on the card should be mine, Patricia P., not Brendan M.

Recently, I decided to switch to Spotify due to issues with Apple Music. I enrolled as a student and submitted my blackboard schedule for verification. After receiving an email confirming my approval for the $5 monthly student fee, I also took advantage of the advertised 3 free months promotion when signing up. However, on my first month, I was charged $10 instead of the expected $5 and did not receive the 3 free months as promised. I'd appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter. Dear Spotify, I received excellent assistance from customer support for my premium account online. Unfortunately, we got disconnected during a new installation, and my account was transferred while setting up a new one. Now, I am unsure what steps to take. I am unable to access my old account, and the new one shows as free instead of having Hulu and premium features. I desperately need help in resolving this issue.

I recently discovered multiple charges of $10.81 on my bank statement dating back to 8/28, including one on 11/28. I do not have a Spotify account. This situation is complicated since someone used my card to pay for their account. I'd appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter further. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges as I was unable to use the service and need to stop any future payments.

I recently took advantage of a promotion Spotify was offering for a free aqua Google Mini on October 28th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when entering my address and am now trying to correct it. The correct address where I would like the Google Mini shipped is [redacted] W 69th Terrace, Overland Park, KS [redacted]. After Google attempted to deliver the package to the wrong address (67th Terrace), it was returned to the sender. Google support informed me that I would need a new promotional code to receive the item. I have an email from them regarding this issue that I can provide.

Hello, I am facing issues accessing my Spotify premium account since September. Despite requesting a password reset, I have not received the email necessary to proceed. Hello, my name is Frank Ferro, and I am inquiring about my Spotify account. I would like to understand how and when my account was upgraded to Premium status. Can you confirm if I have been billed for this upgrade and explain where my credit card information was obtained? If there have been charges, could you clarify how many months I have been billed for? I am frustrated with my Spotify subscription. Despite paying for the service, I experience lag when downloading music. I believe I should be able to download music without issues even without a subscription. I have been facing this problem for three months now. I am displeased with the service and would like a refund for the three months I have paid for. I am considering canceling my membership if this problem persists.

For the past seven months, I have noticed duplicate charges on my account [redacted]. During the four years of using this service, I have never encountered this issue before. It appears that I am being billed by both Spotify and Apple for the same subscription. I wish to continue using this account but kindly request a refund for the excess charges. I do not possess any other accounts, hence I am puzzled as to why I am being billed twice for the same service.

I've been encountering issues updating my credit card details with Spotify. Despite attempting to make the change, my outdated bank account continues to be charged $10, resulting in additional withdrawal fees from my current bank account. The bank account linked to Spotify is no longer in use, and I consistently try to update the payment method without success. As a consequence, my active bank account now shows a negative balance of $[redacted] due to the recurring $10 charges and subsequent overdraft fees. Regrettably, I am unable to cover the accumulated $77 overdraft fees. I have ample funds available in a different account specifically allocated for my Spotify subscription.

I received an email that seems suspicious from Spotify at [redacted] The email claims there is a payment issue and prompts to confirm the account through a link. I am frustrated with Spotify Connect. I have been using Spotify Premium for ten years. Recently, I played my Spotify through my parents' Amazon devices. Despite them living three hours away and not having my account information, they continue to access my Spotify through their devices. Even though my devices are no longer linked to their internet, this issue persists. I am requesting to have all of "Lora's devices" removed and to reset my "everywhere." This situation is causing me great discomfort, and I am considering cancelling my Premium subscription due to these ongoing problems.

1. There is an artist named Yaavov Wasilewicz who just released a single. However, when trying to play the song, it plays rap and Christmas songs unrelated to this artist. 2. We had a premium account for over a year, but despite multiple attempts, my mother, aunt, and I couldn't cancel it. We went several months without using the service until I eventually managed to cancel it. There were about 5 or 6 unused months, and even before that, there were periods of inactivity. I am seeking a refund for the time we couldn't cancel despite our efforts. The account was linked to my aunt's Facebook: [redacted]

I have a couple of issues that need to be addressed: For the first one, I upgraded to a Premium account but forgot my password when I tried to log in on my new phone. In the process of resetting it, I accidentally ended up creating a new non-Premium account. I need assistance in accessing my original Premium account. Secondly, I noticed two separate charges on my credit card statement - one for my Premium account and another for $10+ for the non-Premium account. I would like to cancel the non-Premium account that is charging me ten dollars.

I am looking to upgrade to premium on my long-standing account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Facebook account due to a forgotten password and lack of associated email. The password reset is being sent to my old phone number. As a temporary solution, I created a new Spotify account under [redacted] and upgraded it to premium. However, I would like to transfer the premium features to my original Facebook-connected account and ultimately cancel the newly created one.
