I am trying to find a contact to let them know that my experience with Spotify has been less than satisfactory. I only recently became aware that others do not have the same problem as I have had from the beginning of my time with Spotify. Almost every song that I play whether online, or downloaded has marked breaks in the music for *-* seconds. A song will be playing and then there is a *-* second break with silence. The song then resumes as though the break had not taken place. This happens on **% of the songs on my playlists. I have tried adjusting the quality level of downloads and this has not made a difference. This is an unacceptable experience. What is the problem? and why do others not have this problem? Could my link with the app be corrupted? or? I would appreciate your immediate attention to this problem, as I have dealt with it for *months of this subscription. I see a note at the bottom of this page saying that you are unable to respond inidividually. What then am I supposed to do? Who and how do I contact a respresentative to correct this situation? *Susan J Talbot *****@***.com
