Hi. My name is Craig Murdock @ craigmurdock** @gmail.com*I signed up for the * month premium for $.** for * months. I enjoyed it very much for offline listening. It worked great but now all of a sudden i can't listen offline any more. I haven't had the promotion for * months yet and also i don't think i was charged the $.**. I don't understand why i can't listen offline i would like to get the regular premium subscription. I'm sorry there's not much detail. All i know is that it worked fine in the middle of the desert and now it don't work in my bedroom. Maybe i did something wrong and and somehow cancelled the promotion or it was cancelled for some reason by you guys. It stopped working about * weeks ago if that helps. Will you please sign me up for the $*.** premium subscription so i can listen offline. Forget about the promotion. Hopefully you can fix my issue. Thankyou very much.
