The issue in GetHuman-turbozga's own words
Previously I signed up for Spotify premium * months for .** or whatever. Right after I signed up for that, my phone was stolen.** for some reason, I have not gotten premium, as I am still receiving annoying advertisements every ** min or so. I was able to chat with someone yesterday, whom determined I was never charged for the .** deal. He told me I could just sign up for premium now. Which I tried to do earlier When it offered the same deal as before. You clicked on it, it charged my credit card for $*.** or something, then immediately informed me that I already had utilized that offer, and said if I want premium then I have to pay the $*.**. Basically I was charged for a deal I never was able to use, even the first time I attempted to get it, AND then ALSO got charged the full price immediately after. I am a bit apprehensive to continue trusting that I will be properly charged if I subscribe to this fiasco. Danielle Garner
