Re ref POAC***CF* paying £*.** monthly on my credit card Mrs Rosemary A Wilson. We are finding monthly payments on our credit card re the above to Spotify. I don’t know how this came about. I don’t seem to have an account or any details so hit a brick wall when trying to contact. Please we want to stop these payments immediately. If I have an account, I don’t know how to gain access to it and there is no other way in. Please help me resolve this. I am not demanding refund, but just to cancel the account and all future payments . Thanks.

Through various means on help page I found my way to a chat page. Was able to communicate directly and got it all sorted. You have to be determined and patient. I also got an email transcript of the chat as proof so that if there is a repeat I can produce it as evidence.
