I authorize the charge at one point and now I don't have contact with these people anymore and I don't know the information to stop the billing and I need the billing stop so I can get my money back for this last payment

Take my card off of somebody's account that I have no information for and to get my money back ... I don't have contact with the person who has Spotify I don't know the email account that they are using but I need to cancel my card before I put a dispute on my card and get a brand new one. Somebody needs to get back to me by today so I can get my money back or else I will be putting a dispute on it. I have tried contacting and I cannot find any information as to how I can get any information that is on my card I've gone through the help thing
It's frustrating when there is no phone number to get in contact with a human being
I want my card number taken off the account but I don't have the account information the email the password the date of birth nothing

I've been looking for a phone number for over a month now and I can't find a phone number and I'm about to put a dispute through the bank for the last * months.. my issue has not been salt I need information as to how to solve this ASAP or I'm calling my bank
