I was told when I ordered my tickets, that my dog would be consider as a carry-on if I paid more money and get the $* membership (which I did) and when I got to the airport I was charged another $** to carry my dog on. This is not what was told to me, the dog was supposed to be free which i'd as several times. Had I'd known I was going to charged again, I would've never paid for both carry-on and checked bag, I would've just paid the $** for the round trip ticket and not almost $***. I feel I was tricked into paying more money knowing they had every intention on charging me again once I got to the airport, knowing I had no choice but to pay for a pet which is wrong. I need this issue resolved asap.
