How do I check on a claim I filed for a bag that was damaged ?

Their Customer Service can also assist, being reachable at 1-855-728-3555. Unfortunately, online status checks for luggage claims are currently not available. Get a refund for a flight that they changed

If Spirit Air changes your flight by more than 2 hours or the change causes a significant inconvenience, you have the option to request for a refund. Under such circumstances, Spirit Air would refund the full purchase price to your original form of payment. Please remember, though, that if you voluntarily change your own flight, the standard change fees and fare differences would apply.
