I had a flight from LAX to Oakland today, scheduled to depart at *:** AM. I attempted to check-in at least ** minutes before the scheduled departure time, at *:** AM, as shown attached. I was denied to get a boarding pass and my reservation was cancelled. According to Spirit's website, the reservation will be cancelled if the guest does not check-in ** minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for domestic flights. I was told by the agent that the plane already left at the time I asked for a boarding pass and to contact Spirit for a refund or reserve the next earliest flight.
GetHuman-liqiwen did not yet indicate what Spirit should do to make this right.
