So here is the issue, my username is thecooks. I have had this account for probably * years now....about * weeks ago if that...I dropped my phone in water and my Snapchat was active on this same number I am using on my phone now which is **********. So I went and got a new phone because I tried to put my phone in rice for * or * days and see if that would work. It clearly did not so like I said I got a new phone and then tried to log into Snapchat and I know my username and password is correct....but it takes me to a verify stage because it says it's unusual for me to log in.....and in order to verify my snap account I need my old phone number from years ago and my old email from many many years ago that I don't have access to. So I have no way of getting back into my snapchat.....I have changed my number probably * or * times is the past * years regardless I have used my new email Everytime since then and logged into Snapchat since then with no problems.....and instead of Snapchat notifying me know that my number has changed and my email because clearly it asks for access to that stuff and more. It locks me out and gives me no other options to try to log in even though I know all my info is correct just because I got a new phone * days after I broke my old one and that day I broke it I was using my Snapchat with my current phone number and current email address and I have changed numbers in the past with a new phone and had no issues....I have never had so many problems trying to contact a support team in my life or resolve an issue and I hope this is who I need to contact because this would be the *rd time I have tried to get in contact with Snapchat customer care or support team........please I have a ton of contacts and stuff I do not want to lose and never had any issues before with changing my number or using my current email which I have had for at least * to * years now with logging in and it telling me it's unusual. So please help me recover my account otherwise I will have to go a different route and I really don't want to do that
