I downloaded the Bitmoji app but never connected it to Snapchat, only used it for messages. My Snapchat profile didn’t have the ghost; I had motion pictures as my "profile picture." Today, September 9th, [redacted], I saw it changed to the white ghost. I now have Bitmoji connected with Snapchat, so no more "profile picture." Why did my pictures disappear, and can I get them back? It may sound silly, but those photos were taken before my cancer diagnosis, and I didn’t want to change my picture for that reason. Is there a way to recover them?

I wanted to bring up an issue related to my Snapchat account. Lately, I've been facing problems with the My Story feature. Specifically, when I try to upload a video with multiple scenes, the order gets mixed up. For example, if my video has four scenes, instead of appearing as 1, 2, 3, and 4, it is shown as 1, 2, 4, and then 3. I work with a non-profit suicide prevention program in Montana and we want to create a community filter for a few towns on our Reservation. Montana has the highest suicide rate per-capita in the country, with Native American suicide rates 5-7 times the national average. This is a critical issue in our area. Snapchat's guidelines prohibit business logos on community filters, but we believe our non-profit logo is important for recognition and connection. My girlfriend and I reached the pink hearts milestone on Snapchat. However, on her phone, she now has a red heart instead of a pink one. We suspect this change occurred due to a temporary lapse in being each other's best friend on the app. Usually, this would result in both hearts downgrading to yellow, but in this case, only hers switched to red. I need to report scammers on Snapchat offering premium accounts through Cash App. They tricked me into sending money twice, then claimed to be minors when I asked for a refund. They threatened me when I tried to catch them in the act. They use fake profiles on Plenty of Fish to lure men in, then switch back after being reported. Their Snapchat accounts are SC saucerunner, SC showhunni, SC greenebykes, and SC lyssapre. I hope this information helps stop their scam and protects others from falling for it too.

My boyfriend and I had a snapchat streak until it disappeared less than 24 hours after the app updated on 11/09/18. There was no timer icon prior to this issue. We were both connected to wifi when we sent snaps. This streak is important to me as it's the only one I have and holds sentimental value, marking the start of our relationship. I believe the update or a connectivity issue caused this. I kindly request for the streak to be restored as a gesture, as we didn't intentionally break it. Thank you.

Ever since I switched from using an iPhone to my current OnePlus 6, I have been encountering connectivity problems with your app. The app functions properly for a few hours before all incoming snaps stop appearing on my phone, and any snaps I try to send out fail. Reinstalling the app temporarily resolves the issue, but this is not a sustainable solution considering how often it occurs. I have attempted the common troubleshooting steps found online multiple times without success. This issue seems to be unique to Snapchat as I do not experience it with any other apps. I have been trying to request the deletion of certain usernames and email accounts as a concerned parent due to receiving login emails that suggest unauthorized access. Despite changing the password multiple times, there are still login attempts from different devices. I urge for these accounts to be permanently deleted for safety reasons. The process to report such serious issues through the customer service section seems unclear and not very informative. As a parent, I feel it is crucial for social media platforms to address these concerns promptly, especially in cases where safety may be compromised. I have reached out to Snapchat multiple times regarding my account issue. Unfortunately, I did not authorize login verification on my account and my old phone number is linked to my account. After contacting my carrier, they informed me that they can see the notifications being sent to Snapchat on my old number, but I am unable to receive them on my current device. I never created a backup code as I did not want two-step verification on my account. My carrier advised me to contact Snapchat as they are unable to assist further. A while ago, I created my Snapchat account and was delighted with my username. As I've grown older, I realize that my username is embarrassing when sharing it, especially with guys.
