I experienced an issue last night when attempting to log back into my Snapchat account under the username noahmella123. Despite various attempts, none of the passwords I entered were successful. When I proceeded to select 'Forgot my password,' I was prompted to choose between receiving a reset link via phone number or email. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my account is associated with an old device that I no longer have access to. Similarly, I am unable to access the email account linked to my Snapchat because it is an outdated email with a forgotten password and linked to the same outdated phone number. I am concerned about potentially losing my streaks and would like to retrieve my Snapchat memories. At this point, I am unsure of what steps to take next and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my account. Furthermore, I now recognize the necessity of updating both my phone number and email linked to the account. Any guidance or support you can provide in this matter would be highly appreciated. I seem to have forgotten both my Snapchat and email passwords that were linked. My email password was set when I was 13 and I didn't anticipate needing to remember it. I have been dealing with years of being stalked by my former school acquaintances, which has caused me to refrain from posting anything on my story to avoid unwanted attention. I am seeking a way to start posting on my story again without being concerned.
The issue I am facing is related to managing my list of contacts. Some individuals from my school whom I have removed are not showing up on the list of contacts, possibly because I have not interacted with them on the app. I am struggling to locate a comprehensive list of all the people I have added so I can remove and block them accordingly.
I have noticed the feature where you can select specific individuals to view your story, but it is a bit confusing. When selecting someone, a red cross appears in the box beside their name - I am unsure if this means they can or cannot see my story. Moreover, the list shows more contacts than I anticipated, but I am unable to select them or view their usernames; only the contact names stored on my phone before adding them on Snapchat.
Deleting my Snapchat account is not a viable solution, so I am hoping to find a way to address this issue independently since reaching out to your customer service is not an option.

I tried to log into my Snapchat account, but it said I'm locked out. The only reason I can think of for this happening is if I did something wrong, but I haven't used Snapchat all day. I need to access it to maintain my streaks and to contact my parents since I don't have a phone. I asked my friends to check my account, but nothing has changed. I suspect someone may have hacked my account or that I've been locked out for no reason.

My daughter's Snapchat account (EMILY.DELLISOLA) was hacked. The hacker changed her password, email address, and phone number, preventing her from accessing the account. Despite reporting the issue and following their guidelines, Snapchat has not taken any action. The hacker continues to use the account, sending inappropriate photos to her teenage friends who have also reported the situation. This has caused her a lot of distress and after failed attempts to resolve it, she is now giving up. I am deeply frustrated as social media presence is important for future career prospects. If this matter is not addressed promptly, legal action may be necessary as the company is failing to protect user privacy as promised.

I have an existing Snapchat account but recently got a new phone and phone number. I attempted to log in from my new device, but couldn't remember my password. Upon trying to reset it, I was asked to provide my email address. I opted to receive the verification code via email since I no longer have access to the old phone number linked to my account. Upon upgrading my phone, I encountered an issue signing into Snapchat. The app mentioned that my phone number and email were not verified. I remember signing up for Snapchat through Facebook initially. Despite searching through Facebook, I couldn't find a way to reconnect my Snapchat to the original account. Unfortunately, I couldn't access my account with the username ashweepeehehe3. Consequently, I created a new account, adelponte1, to try and retrieve access to the old account to no avail. I am eager to regain access to my old account as it contains cherished memories and connections with Snapchat friends. This situation has led to a decline in my interest in Snapchat. I am Michael. Recently, I purchased a pair of Snapchat Spectacles from a Purdue bookstore. I was thrilled to charge and use them. However, after unboxing the Coral Pair, I found that the Spectacles charge fine but the charging case doesn't charge at all. I checked for any obstructions like plastic or dust but found none. I attempted to process a return online, but I require an order ID which I didn't receive since I bought them in-store without an ID on the receipt. Hello. I want to share about my experience with Snapchat. Back in second grade, I created an account with a username that I now find embarrassing. It turns out that usernames cannot be changed. I've had this account for a long time and don't want to lose my data by deleting it. While I understand the security reasons behind this policy, I've noticed that many people, including myself, are less inclined to use Snapchat because of this issue. It's uncomfortable when someone asks for my Snapchat due to my username. I am aware of scanning snapcodes, but I still wish there was an option to change usernames. Allowing username changes could attract more users to Snapchat over Instagram.

Lately on Snapchat, I've noticed a recurring issue when adding friends or being added back, where the "added" status remains, preventing me from seeing the person's score or including them in my friend list, despite adding each other. This problem persists even after re-adding contacts, making it hard for me to view private stories. I am Michael Sedor, the eighth-grade dean at Brooks Middle School in Bolingbrook, IL. I am experiencing a serious issue involving students being harassed and bullied on Snapchat through a fake and anonymous account. The first incident took place a week ago and was promptly reported. However, the individual has now created a new account called "unknown123" to continue the harassment, bullying, and threats of harm towards two of my students. The anonymous person has gone so far as to threaten my students with stabbing or shooting, which is extremely alarming. While I doubt the threats will be carried out and are likely meant to instill fear, the safety of my students is my top priority. I urgently require information such as the person's name or IP address to address this issue promptly and ensure the security of my school.
