The Snapchat Support Page is the best place to start when you think your Snapchat account has been hacked. It’s easily identifiable by the “Snapchat Support” black, white and yellow banner at the top of the webpage.
Scroll down on the page until you find the “Shortcuts” section.
Under the “Shortcuts” section, you’ll see “My account is compromised.” Click on this link.
Clicking on the previous link will automatically take you to the “Snapchat Support > Submit a request” page. The appropriate selections are already prefilled for you. Under “What can we help you with?,” the “I can’t access my account” bubble is selected, and under “Oh no! Tell us more…,” the “I think my account was compromised” bubble is selected.
Below the previous section is another section that starts with “My account has been compromised, and I can no longer access it.” Read this information before proceeding.
Scroll down on the same page until you see the blank form to fill out.
Fill in your information in each blank section of the form. This includes your username, email address associated with your Snapchat account, cell number and a description of what happened.
Once you fill out the form, read over it to make sure it’s accurate and click “Submit.”
