I am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation. I uninstalled my app temporarily to take a break from social media for a day. Regrettably, I was not aware that this action would lead to being locked out of my account with no way to recover it. Consequently, I am facing the loss of all my contacts and unread messages, a situation made worse by my recent relocation to another state. I possess knowledge of my USERNAME, PASSWORD, email, and the phone number associated with my account. Though I have changed phone numbers, I still have access to my email and find it puzzling why I cannot utilize it for account verification or recovery. It is crucial for me to regain entry to my account without the need to create a new one. I am having trouble accessing my Snapchat account mma_700. Every time I sign in, a message appears saying "couldn't be able to refresh," and all I see is a blank white screen in my chats. The top of the screen keeps showing the same message. Oddly, when my siblings use their accounts on my phone, everything works fine for them - they can send and receive messages without any issues. However, when I log into my account on their phones, it works perfectly. It's puzzling because it doesn't seem like the problem is with my account or phone specifically, as we have swapped devices without any trouble. My Snapchat streaks have disappeared, and despite reaching out for help, the issue remains unresolved. It's frustrating that I'm experiencing difficulties with the service and there seems to be no solution. The fact that I am unable to use Snapchat properly without any fault of my own is unfair. I have always been an active user and losing streaks due to technical glitches is disappointing. I tried explaining the issue, but the support team was unable to restore my streaks or fix the problem. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and assistance when such incidents occur. I hope Snapchat can address this issue promptly and restore my streaks while resolving the ongoing problems with my account.

A person who I believe to be a man kept my 14-year-old daughter's bikini picture on his story for a couple of months. On Friday, September 1, [redacted], he texted her asking for nudes or threatened to send the bikini picture to many contacts. Although she didn't respond because she was in school, he still sent the picture to 65 people. His name is George Sparrow. He also sent threats to Julie Britton, whose profile was unknowingly public, thus giving him access to all her pictures. It's evident that she is a minor, as I, her mother and guardian, informed him. I am seeking guidance on whether he is a minor or an adult. If unable to confirm, I kindly request assistance in filing an appeal with Snapchat regarding his actions. I urgently need to know how to close my daughter's account. I only ask for a brief extension as she wishes to save her pictures from Snapchat to my phone. On 8-28-18, my snap streak with Devon disappeared. There was no icon showing the timer for our streaks. Despite sending snaps every morning, night, and throughout the day, the streak just vanished. I have been repeatedly asking for it to be reset to [redacted], but I keep receiving the same unhelpful message stating it cannot be fixed. I am unsure why this issue persists since the message provides no explanation. I am reaching out for help to have my streak reinstated. I have always enjoyed using Snapchat without any issues until the recent update. Lately, I have been encountering various problems that are affecting my experience with the app. Firstly, I am unable to record videos using the front camera as the record button freezes and does not respond. Additionally, taking a selfie takes significantly longer to process, approximately 30 seconds. When viewing snaps or trying to send them, there are delays in loading. At times, the app freezes, leading to a black screen and abrupt shutdown. The overall app performance has slowed down, especially when connected to WiFi, snaps fail to send. I have attempted troubleshooting by restarting my phone, closing and logging out of the app multiple times but the issues persist. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve these issues. I need assistance with my Snapchat account. Unfortunately, my ex-boyfriend gained access to my phone and deactivated my account. I have attempted to reactivate it, but I received a message saying the account is deactivated and that I need to verify it via email. However, I never verified my Snapchat with that email due to forgetting the password. Furthermore, I now have a different phone number than the one associated with the account. I have tried various methods such as obtaining a code through Google settings, but without success. Linking other email addresses to the account also did not provide a solution. I have exhausted all possible options and am unable to sign in, risking the loss of precious family memories. I am having trouble accessing my Snapchat account as my password is not being accepted. I usually did not encounter any login issues before this happened recently. I am unable to reset my password as the phone number associated with my account is from an old contract that is no longer in use. The number belonged to my past partner, and since our relationship ended two years ago, I no longer have access to it. I now have a new phone number under my own name. I keep seeing a blue tab on my Snapchat that notifies me about people's stories. This notification is annoying, and I don't want it to pop up every time I open the app. It makes it difficult to click on certain names, and I have to go back and forth. How can I stop this from happening? I couldn't find an option in the settings to disable these notifications. Please assist. After my previous message, I received feedback asking for clarification on what exactly I need help with. I want the blue tab to disappear and never appear again. My best friend and I are currently six hours apart, but we make sure to chat every day on Snapchat. I'm really confused as to why our streak suddenly ended because we've been consistently snapping each other, both through messages and pictures. I would greatly appreciate any help in recovering our streak. I'm willing to pay for this service, although I have limited funds since I'm a 17-year-old college student. The streak means a lot to me as it helps bridge the distance between us. Seeing that number grow each day reminds me that my best friend is still close despite the physical distance. I am reaching out because I am an Autism Advocate and I have noticed that SnapChat does not currently have a sticker or gif featuring the Autism Pride symbol. This symbol is a rainbow infinite symbol, similar to a sideways 8, representing Autism Pride. As I use SnapChat to promote my YouTube and Facebook pages to my friends, I believe having this symbol available would be incredibly beneficial. I am willing to pay for the creation of this sticker if needed. I suggest that the symbol itself be used without text to prevent any potential misuse for negative purposes. I suggest that Snapchat consider allowing users to change their usernames. Many popular social media platforms like Instagram, VSCO, Facebook, and Twitter already offer this feature. It's common knowledge that numerous individuals dislike their existing Snapchat usernames. While it may seem trivial, the ability to change usernames could lead to increased app usage. Personally, I hesitate to share my Snapchat because of the embarrassing username I created years ago, causing me to use the app less and even regret downloading it. I've encountered others who have gone as far as deleting their accounts due to this issue. A username shouldn't have such a significant impact on users. Despite my doubts about this message reaching Snapchat HQ, I'm sharing my feedback after struggling to find a platform to do so. Snapchat's poor customer service has prompted me to even consider sending a letter, if I could find a billing address. Snapchat, please address this common request from your users, or at least provide an explanation if it's not feasible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I enjoy exploring Discover for information globally and in the U.S. However, I've noticed there is no closed captioning available on Discover, which makes it difficult for me as a deaf individual to fully understand the content on videos. I feel excluded from accessing information effectively through media. I believe it is essential for not only me but also for the entire deaf and hard of hearing community to have access to closed captioning. I believe my account has been compromised. Upon suspecting unauthorized access, I promptly changed my password and utilized the verification code sent to my phone for authentication. Although I successfully accessed my account with the new password, I was unexpectedly logged out shortly afterward. Upon attempting to log back in, my new password did not work, prompting me to reset it. However, the system rejected the password reset attempt stating that the associated number was incorrect, indicating that the hacker altered my account details. Despite the additional security measures, I am puzzled as to how my new password was compromised. Regaining access to my account seems impossible without assistance. Thank you for your help.
