I am disabled in an electric wheelchair with a service animal due to my cerebral palsy and it is hard for me to chat online with one finger. But I am highly educated with two PhDs and fluent in * languages plus my mother is a retired Attorney General.*In **** I moved from Arizona, changed e-mail provider because South Carolina does not have the same provider, my e-mailed changed to orlandorecords*@gmail.*I have deleted my now defunct VISA card ending **** which expired, but do still keep the same Chase Bank account for ** years.*When moving to South Carolina and changing my Skype info e-mail to *****@***.com I put a new MasterCard ending **** onto auto recharge on May *th of each year. *This way my updated account gets charged on May *th for my ** months Slovakia landline subscription, where two older relatives live.*But on May **th ****, May **** and yesterday again on May **th, **** you illegally double charged me on my old defunct VISA card ending **** with Chase Bank backup. This part is deleted on my Skype since ****, I can see those actions only on PayPal.com, or my Chase Bank account. *I begged two of your supervisors in **** and ** to fix the old defunct part of my account. Yesterday when I got again double charged I called PayPal and they gave my direct credit for the illegal charge of **.** which tried to post yesterday on the old defunct credit card with the Chase Bank backup. They know that it is fraudulent, because the had to do the same on May **th **** & ****, but today at noon I received two e-mails from Skype that Skype is reversing the charge of **.** back on away from my Chase Bank account and that my account was restricted because I called it fraudulent.*You do not have a phone or email support for people with typing disabilities (which is a major federal USA violation - all such companies like Microsoft or you Skype are required to have one when providing business on territory of USA), so I had to type with one finger the Skype chat. First employee Xavier B was rude, refused to transfer me for over ** minutes to a supervisor and when I insisted on one, he hung up on me. So I chated back with Joan A who listened, but took her another ** minutes to get supervisor Jude V. I had to repeat over and over with one finger getting exhausted and ready to collapse in my wheelchair asking for a Skype call or a cell phone call (which previous supervisors in **** and **** accommodated) and he said I will take care of you & put me on hold. When he came back he told me he credited **.** for the May *, **** charge on my active subscription which is on auto re-charge and I told him that he just killed the wrong subscription. I asked for the legal department e-mail and phone info, which he send me a link (but it opened only after we finished chatting) redirecting me to your skype.com generic site. I send a message on your Facebook Skype for non chat assistance, but received only an automated chat reply to Twitter (which I don't have), or Skype.com chat.*I have all the illegal actions in ****, **** and **** documented. Now I cannot even delete my Skype account, without effecting my Microsoft account. If I do not hear from Skype management and an apology and resolution to my problem in the next ** hours (meaning end of June *nd, **** by midnight EST), I will hire an attorney and file a lawsuit for the illegal charges on my defunct account on May **th ****, ****, ***** Skypes illegal restriction of my account today and your employees unwillingness to accommodate my poor chat ability due to my disability. The appropriate US senators may take action, why you don't have a non chat disability line as required by federal US law. I had to hire someone tonight to type this.
