I did subscribe *** minutes for * year in ****. After * years, I didn't need it anymore and also I change my card. **And from there, after I changed my card. They never charge me again, eventhough I forgot to unsubscribe. **Anyway, since * days ago, I kept git emails that they try charge mu card but didn't go through. *Then after * days they tried, eventually it went through I dont know how. *So I was mad and I need to find out my account that link to that charge. And I did it after I searched my Skype accounts and i had about * of them. It really confusing and frustrating. **Anyway, I couldn't find customer phone number and when I chat with the agent. Its frustrating because they cant answer what I need menaing yo get refund mu charge..*Please I really need help
