When I started my service back up with simple mobile, which I had had before for a year or two I purchased a phone and began service this was about maybe March ****. The phone was defective from the beginning . I would lose service have no bars couldn't make a phone call no messages and no internet. My phone number was ***-***-****. I spoke with simple mobile several times about the issue and they would say the problem is fixed but it would happen again. Long story short after contacting simple Mobile many many times a representative agreed to replace my phone. I know I was on the phone with her for about * hours but she finally agreed to replace the phone. I really could not go without my second phone because I use this for business but I agreed that I would send it back. She promised one day service to receive a new phone. she advised me at that time she could not upgrade the phone but she would replace the one that I had. We agreed. After a while I finally decided to send the phone back. I sent the phone back on September **th ****. On *** I called simple Mobile because I had not received a phone I spoke with Mark in the warehouse explain the situation he promised because of my inconvenience he would upgrade the phone and I should receive it on Saturday September **th **** no later than Monday *******. On Saturday ********* I did not receive a phone on ********* I still did not receive a phone. So I decided to call spoke with representative who advised me that no phone had been sent. Contacted simple Mobile again because got disconnected and spoke with four Representatives. They transferred me to the warehouse every time. I spoke with a rep named Armando or something and he was rude and said he wouldn't be able to help me unless I had a ticket number. I said I had one but I had to go to the truck and get it. He said he shows nothing on my account no notes no nothing about my claim I asked him to hold on and when I got back of course he was gone. I called him again and asked for a warehouse supervisor and got the same person who transferred me to another department. I don't even know what it was called or what it was for but they transferred me back to the warehouse because they couldn't help me. I spoke with the representative a gentleman who was very nice and polite and transferred me to supposedly a manager because I requested the highest level of management there. Then I spoke with Angelica Angelica advised me there were no pending ticket open and there was no upgrade or no phone being sent. But Mark did not put it in as he said he would. that my phone was out of stock and will get whatever the warehouse had period I asked her to cancel that ticket and make a new ticket and send me my phone she said she could not I requested for her supervisor period so I spoke with Mary and of course I got disconnected. I gave up on ********* I called simple Mobile and spoke with a rep home advised me that she would transfer me to another department so I got transferred. I called back because I got disconnected I got transferred four times. I spoke with Sheila who advised she would transfer me to another department and she did and I spoke with John John looked at my account and asked me for the FedEx number. I spoke with FedEx and FedEx said that the tracking number should be available to the person who sent me the label period because I don't have it now. he said he was referring my case to upper management and they would call me within ** to ** hours. I asked him how I would know this and how could I believe that this was going to happen all I want is my phone. It has been ** hours or almost ** hours and I still have not received another phone call. The number that I can be reached at is ***-***-****. So today I have been waiting for a call from simple Mobile it's been two weeks since I've had a phone I'm going to lose my phone number which I use for business if this problem doesn't get in taken care of. I sent the phone in I tracked it with FedEx and it was received at the location it was supposed to be going. It's like simple mobile is saying I'm a liar. To sum it up I have been really treated spoken to and nothing has been done it doesn't matter about how many times I've spoken with simple mobile I still don't have a phone period I want my phone if I can't have a new one then send my old one back. I can live with a problem on it. I sincerely do not know how your customer service can lie to a customer like they have period why won't anybody take ownership of the problem I used to work at AT&t and southwestern Bell as a customer service rep this would never happen as a representative for the phone company period calls are monitored and none of this would happen. Nonetheless please have someone call me and tell me that my phone is on the way. I am one upset customer
