My fridge was fixed in September *, **** by a third party (Polar Air) sent by Sears.*They put a new compressor in my fridge.*Polar Air * ***-***-*****They told me to contact Sears to request my food loss.**I've been calling Sear Customer Service since September claiming the food loss, but they are telling me that they didn't fixed anything in my fridge and therefore I can't claim the food loss.*This is totally unacceptable because I'm entitle to the claim of food loss of $***, because they really fixed my fridge by putting a new compressor.*I need your assistance to solve this in a timely manner*Your help is appreciated**Manuel Roman****-***-****
