Get the preprinted return label to start the returns process. If you're a member, you can get the return label by signing in to your account. Just look for the order you want to return and print the label. For non-members, you can search for the order by using the order number, sales check number or order confirmation number. For online purchases, you'll need the order number and email address to print the label. You'll find the order confirmation number in the order confirmation email. It's located in the top right corner.
