Get the preprinted return label to start the returns process. If you're a member, you can get the return label by signing in to your account. Just look for the order you want to return and print the label. For non-members, you can search for the order by using the order number, sales check number or order confirmation number. Use the steps below.
For online purchases, you'll need the order number and email address to print the label. You'll find the order confirmation number in the order confirmation email. It's located in the top right corner.
Look for the Sales Check Number on the paper receipt provided to you. Click Continue. Or use the next step if you purchased the item by phone.
You can find the confirmation number in your email. Click Continue to start printing the label.
Customers may also use their own shipping label. The return shipping address is found on the packing slip in the package. Use the original packaging when repacking the items.
For oversized items such as mattresses or appliances, contact Sears Customer Service to schedule a pickup. Note that installation or delivery fees can't be refunded. Also, there may be a pickup charge for your mattresses, patio furniture or pergolas. There's also a 15% restocking fee for some items, except when they're defective when delivered.
For items sold at the Marketplace, check the returns policies before purchasing to determine if it can be returned.
