The issue in GetHuman-smithcup's own words
I purchased a Sole F** Treadmill form Sears October ****. It stopped working and I hired a treadmill specialist to look at it. After checking the treadmill and consulting with Sole over the phone they concluded that the deck needed to be replaced. This treadmill comes with a lifetime warranty on the motor and the deck. When Sole heard that I had purchased the treadmill form Sears they said I had to go through Sears for the part. I sent an email message to sears and go no answer. When I try calling I am told I have the wrong department. How to I get hold of Sears about this?
