I purchased a heater*ac unit in June, ****. The heater does not work, and has developed a water leak. * times I have been scheduled for service, * days in a row, *am-*pm. Nobody showed up, and did not call me to say they could not come. When I called the customer service *, I was placed on hold indefinitely, and bounced around from one person to another, with no positive results. I am VERY DISPLEASED with this gross lack of service. Please contact me ASAP because the house gets very cold at night. Thank you, Lamont C. O'Neil
