I purchased a Craftsman worklight on December *, ****. When I opened the package last week, the on button would not turn on. I returned the light tonight, with my receipt, to exchange it for the exact same light. I was told by the cashier I needed to pay an additional $*.** due to the fact I had used rewards with my prior purchase. This makes NO SENSE. I should have been able to make a straight across exchange due to the defective product I originally purchased. I am requesting my $*.** be returned. I look forward to your reply.
