I called about a problem concerning the. Maintenance of my riding mower checking on whether or not certain things were covered. I was told it was by the Sears Agent who sold me the mower and I was told it was covered by the service agent on the phone from the corporate office. I still ended up paying for the work. Over $***. The case number is *******. It is in reference to winterizing a mower and clearing the blades.
