I purchased a mattress around the middle of May because the old one was giving me back pain. The new mattress didn't help, but according to your return policy you have to use it for at least ** days before you can return it, so I kept waiting to see if I could get used to it. A couple of weeks ago I tried to set up a return, but the person on the phone told me that I had only ** days to do it and it was already too late, that I could not return it anymore. I thought I had misunderstood, but when I went back to your website a few days ago and read again your return policy, it clearly says you have from ** to *** days to make a mattress return. So, who is right? And if I can return it, how can I do it?
