The issue in GetHuman-gxthomp's own words
We own a Samsung microwave model number ME**H***, purchased from Sears. The microwave had not been used since noon on Wednesday. When I returned home Thursday evening the microwave door had exploded and glass was over the kitchen floor. I contacted Samsung and they sent out a repair service. The repair service said it was not covered due to being out of warranty. The microwave was purchased in November **** along with all new appliances from Sears on a new home. ** I am contacting you, Sears, requesting a repair or replacement on this microwave due to it not being a warranty issue. The Internet has information that the explosions are due to a problem in the door assembly. *I appreciate your time and a response on this issue. Thank you
