My refrigerator was delivered on Wednesday August *th. It was dented and the delivery person called right then and there to report it. Got a new time for delivery of new refrigerator when they came to deliver it the new one had a rip in the hose that goes to the water and ice dispenser . Called customer service was told at first they couldn't help me to call the store I ordered it from. Just as I thought they can't do anything to help. Called back and got a new day for delivery of new fridge after about ** mins of explaining over and over again what I needed. I can understand how something can get dented. I was very understanding about that but then for the second fridge to not be working. This is horrible customer service. I doubt I will ever buy anything from here again. I spent a good amount of money on new appliances and I expect to get what I paid for. Had I read these reviews prior I would have never bought anything from you.
