I received the following email. I don’t understand as I called in and told the agent the items were too large. They are supposed to pick them up tomorrow. I was emailed at *****@***.com but want my assistant contacted at *****@***.com**Here is what I received:*In regards to your order *********, we have received a return request.**Unfortunately we are unable to verify the issue you are facing. We would request you to please elaborate the issue, so that we can assist you further.

I had already spent two hours on the phone with them prior to this email. When I chatted with them today, they claimed that the email was sent in error. They picked the items up today.
