I just got off the line with a Ryan - Made appt for Water Softener problem - was told charge would be $**-$** for tech to come out - the Appt confirmation says $**.** - please make right!*Lyle Sands ***-***-****
Was quoted $**-** for initial service call - by Agent Ryan - he couldn't do anything. Talked to another agent - his name was John - spoke English (a ray of hope? ) and he rudely switched me to Maintenance Agreement Dept - I had no thought of wanting to talk with them but he didn't care - without warning, left me, put me in cue for that Dept. Spoke to agent there asked for Supervisor - Supervisor came on - very nice but could not change quote - It was $**.** and that was it! She offered me a **% discount coupon for any repairs. So, So, ridiculous, a Corp as big as Sears could not make a $** adjustment!! BEWARE!!*that a big Corp like Sears could not make a $** adjustment on Service Charge
GetHuman-ldsands did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
