On or about June *, **** I contacted Sears Live Chat to report that I had received the wrong part for my Kenmore Elite Oasis Washing Machine, Model ****.**** in the mail. I received a "Cap" W******** and the other number on the packing is WPW********. I had spoken over the phone to a Sears customer service person when I ordered the part and I clearly described the part I wanted as the "Washer Fabric Softener Dispenser Cup, Part * *******.." My order * was K******. When I live chatted with a Sears Technician around June *th I told him I wanted to return mail the Cap, Part *W******** and he said Customer Service would email me a mailing label to return mail it to Sears so I could receive my funds credited (parts and mailing was about $**.**). I have not received the mailing label yet. Please email me the label so I can get the credit. PS - I was told by the Sears Tech that the part I wanted was discontinued and I could try to get one from a local parts store, so I don't need to order one from Sears. *Michael Auton****.***.****
